Hey...how do I get a picture thingy under my name?

I know this has nothing to do with aquariums, but how can I get a picture under my profile name like everyone else?...

they are know as avatars, go to your profile and at the very bottom there is a browse button that you can go through them all and pick one

To get to your profile you go to the home page and on the right will be a lnk that says 'Update my profile'.
