Unplanned guppy pregnancy

So I picked up three females and a male at the pet shop two days ago. The next morning, what do ya know, I have five fry in the tank! ( my 1.5 g heated at 76 with filter and 5 cherry shrimp who were also new) so my first instinct was to move the adults because they likely ate fry over night. I put them in my peaceful 10g. Anyways, I was planning on breeding, but not so soon. So I have the five fry in a tank with two fake plants and a little center piece with gravel on the floor. How should I clean the rank ?

For food I have been crushing up fish flakes or bottom feeder pellets into powder and feeding. I see them eating some. Is this ok?

Side issue, I mistakingly bought two guppies that look identical. Of course one is male and the other is female. Any tips to tell the difference?

1.5 gallons is WAY too small for three guppies. You should probably get at least a 5-10 gallon tank. As for the fry, I used to feed mine Hikari first bites, then I mixed them with increasing amounts of crushed flakes as the babies got older. But what you are doing should also be fine. Also, how do a male and a female look exactly the same??? Males are generally smaller, more colorful, and with larger tails. They also have a gonopodium, which sort of looks like a third anal fin. Females have a gravid spot, which just looks like a dark spot underneath. I hope this helps!

Oh, I'm sorry. I misread the post in multiple places. Definitely keep the guppies in the 10g.

Thanks for the response. I'm telling you they look exactly the same! The only difference is one has a black outline at the end of their tail.

Look up a picture of a female anal fin and a gonopodium. The gonopodium is male and more pointy while the female anal fin is more fan-shaped.

Males will be much more colorful then females. And from those pictures I see a male 100000% and if the other fish is the one that's all blurred out then I can't help us there

Males will be much more colorful then females. And from those pictures the two fish that are blue/orange are both males. The other guppy that has a orange talk and drab body is female. And the guppy at the very top in picture two is also female.
It is impossible to not be able to tell male from female in guppies lol.

Those both look like males to me... And I have one exactly like that!!!
