That's a good thing to hear. I want to start of with FOWLR tank and possibly migrate to a reef, is it possible to switch salt mixes to accommodate new specimens without having any ill effects?There are no "bad" salts. Any salt will work, but some work better than others, depending on how the tank is setup.

I guess I`ll start it off. I use Oceanic. It keeps my calcium where it needs to be by only doing weekly PWC`s. It kind of has a low alk point but no mix is perfect or we`d all be using it.
