That's nice. I was curious how hard is it to keep freshwater plants. I've always wanted to add plants to my tank but I've always thought I would end up killing them. My tank has 2 18in coral lights. I'm pretty sure you can sustain plants with them?
 
Yes what wattage are they just go for beginner plants like Anubis or ferns,duckweed,you just pop in a plant food tablet under the gravel and they feed of that and any nitrates and amonia you have in water they also help oxegonate the water
 
Ah no duckweed it's aquarium herpes lol, just out of curiosity what is the plant in the last 2 photos it doesn't look aquatic
