OK so my tank has been running for about two and a half weeks since I moved it. I tested the water last night levels were Ph 8.2 am 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 I'm using a API test kit. When I set the tank back up I went with 100 pounds of new base rock and 100 pounds of live rock I had sitting in a old tank also I went with 200 pounds of live sand. Has the tank stalled or not started the cycle? Or since the live rock has it cycled already? I've had 15 damsels in there and all have done great.

did you add any type of ammonia source to the water? liek a raw shrimp that will decompose or even pure ammonia?
