55 gallon semi aggressive tank

Any ideas for a semi aggressive community type tank if so just leave a stock list thanks for all replies.

55 gallon it says in title lol I am just wanting to know some fish the only fish I like is opaline gourami for sure

Aaha dumb moment! Lol um yeah you could do :
1 opline gourami
8-10 tiger barbs or black skirt tetras
1-2 bristle nose plecos
Pair of rams? Or a pair of angels?

"Semi aggressive" is very vague. A 55g is a good starting size for a small African Cichlid tank but is also a respectable dimension for a large number of rather boisterous fish like barbs and certain S. American cichlids and catfish.

Cool I thought tiger barbs wouldn't do well by nipping but if they would be nice with a gourami that would be great so could this work like 1 opaline, 9 tiger barbs, 1 red tailed or rainbow shark and a BN Pleco?
