Ok so I'm currently cycling my 60 gal so I can upgrade my 8 guppies into a new home. I also have 10 red rili shrimp and 5 mystery snails. What other tank mates could go with these? My kids really love the glofish tetras and id like a Pleco which doesn't get more than 12" max but want one over 6" (call me picky lol) what else would be colorful that wouldn't eat baby guppy fry that my toddlers would love?

Consider 8 Otos instead of a Pleco once tank is established and biofilm is present.

Planet Catfish has good Pleco info.

Every fish eats Guppy fry...even other Guppies.

Look at Featherfin Rainbowfish ...tiny mouths

Tetras may eat fry. GloFish Tetras ? Are they Skirt Tetras I think ? They hit 2.5" and can be nippy IME

You can try them. Just have lots of dense plants for fry to hide.

Maybe try a Honey Gourami ?

Rasboras aren't likely to chase down and omnom fry especially beyond two days growth, which is why I got some. Ember tetra are also unlikely, though we're looking at three or four days. I wish I'd bookmarked the reference to share. Both are fairly colorful and lovely to watch.

*edit Ottos are least likely to omnom anyone.
