a sick slipper coral???

this has been getting worse and dont know what is wrong.

all my watr params are perfect

dont not seem like anything is picking at it

it is the only coral im having problem with

it is some type of slipper coral i have had it for about 6 months it just seems like it is dieing slowly.

everyone are saying they have short survival rate.
