African Dwarf Frog .. Strange

My african Dwarf frog seems to have a strange lump on the lower right of its stomach.
Tumor?
Could he be full ?
Please help.

uhm usually bloodworms or tropical flakes or just little ball thingys. and i have little blue gravel/

oh, what are the little ball thingys? if you feed freeze dried food thats probably the problem, or hes eaten some of your little blue gravel, hopefully hes better?
