African Dwarf Frog with Bloat - How to euthanize ?

Hi, I have a ADF floating and bloated. He has been quiet for days now and I feel terrible. I havent seen anything for a cure and was wondering if I should euthenize him. I see how to do it to fish but I wasnt sure if its the same for an ADF.

Any suggestions / advice would great. I can't stand to see him like this.
