Algae growing on rocks??

Starting to notice some yellow forming on my rock pile... Diatome bloom? Good? Bad? What should i do?

Could be diatoms. Does it rub off easily? A nerite snail would do well cleaning those rocks.

Have a ramshorn and two mysterys in there right now... They try but just leave tiny little snail trails of clean. Hehe

Yeah I've had those snails before.. But a nerite has a voracious appetite for algae by comparison. Or, you can simply scrub it off.
