Anemone feeding advice

So I was wondering if I need to Hand feed my carpet anemone or if the clowns hosting will provide him food?
I have some silversides but don't know if it's over feeding.

I never used to feed mine. They get all they need from the lighting and water column. The clowns will feed them also.

Had a carpet for a few years in my first saltwater setup that did very well! I did feed him silversides at first once a week, then every other week.. till eventually he was self sufficient and quite healthy! I do remember he demanded good water quality.
