its fine if its against the glass... your best bet is if it isn't harming anything to let it go cause in the end it will move to where it wants to be anyways.
I would not move it. I had one stuck on the glass on the front of my tank for weeks. Moving it will risk damaging the foot and that will could lead to death. Anemones find a spot where they are happy with the lighting and the flow. Even if you move it it may just move back. All parameters okay?
