Hi could anyone please identify this anemone for me and let me know if it will host clowns. Many thanks

Those look to be condylactis anemones to me. Clowns typically will not accept them as a host. If you like the look of those, the closest match for a clown host is a long tentacle, followed bya bubble tip.
 
And my clowns won't really go near it. They are tank raised and from what I hear it is harder to get them to host, but still won't go near the condy.
 
It looks like a condy to me also. I have a similar one. I now have a pair of clowns that will not host it, but I used to have a domino damsel that host the condy. I ended up giving that to a friend. Here's some pics of the domino hosting my condy and my friends green bubble tip.
