Angelfish Pair - too old for spawning, at the end of breeding age ???

My angelfish pair is almost 2 years old.
They seem to have stopped spawning monthly.

I was wondering if they have reached the end of their breeding cycle?

I recently read some articles on this subject I found on the web that indicate breeding tends to slow and stop around 3 years of age so maybe that's the case. I'm sure water parameters, temp, etc must have an effect on the longevity of the breeding cycle - my pair only bred about 10 times and then just quit! No idea why, good luck with your quandry.
