Angels per gallon

I just fell in the hands of a 20 gal high tank and I currently have three angels in my 55 I was wondering if they would be ok in the twenty or should I go for a 40 gallon breeder, I know people say always go big but I don't want to get the breeder unless I have to(space is the issue).

with angels height is whats important but space is to. it could be done but with plenty of pwc. angels get big so depending on how big they are also. i personally would not do more than 2 in a 20. pm me with any questions. i have 22 tanks set up for breeding angels. i have 10 breeding pairs.
