Not ick....looks like Velvet which is very comon in mollies...especially blacks. Copper based meds...Malachite Green is one of the meds. You might want to follow up with a fungus cure as well. If you have an extra tank you might want to move the infected fish into it..malachite green will stain the silicone bluish green..
The main tank will still have to be treated or even better if you have a hospital tank is to completely break down the main tank and boil everything. Your main problem would be re-cycling the main tank again since you won't have any bacteria left and you would need all clean material...don't reuse anything that was in contact with the velvet that hasn't been boiled.
