That is a type of sponge. The anemone below it is aptasia.

Ok so I just injected lemon juice into one of my aptasia and it disappeared. Hopefully it stays that way I'll check it in a little

I used it and it went completely it seemed but re grew in the same spot? But then I got a couple of peppermint shrimps and that little pain in the butt was gone two days later and hasn't been back!
