Anyone have any idea what this is?!?

Hey all, long time lurker. Have an M. parva Rainbow fish that looks like was in a fight. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

55 gallon

5 angels
7 M. Parva rainbows
5 Bosemi rainbows
2 dojo's
3 cats
1 peacock eel

Temp average 75

Was he in a fight? I'd say something fungal with the coloration...

I don't think so. I've had the rainbows for almost a year. I did however add the angels to the tank about a week ago. Was thinking it could be fungal. Any suggestions on what type of meds to use? I have a bottle of ich attack which is treatment for ich, protozoans, and dinoflagellates?

I'd do Jungle Fungus Eliminator or Clear. Both have great reputations.

Btw I would do a large water change, at least 50% to help the water quality. A 25% water change a month really isn't enough.
