Anyone have Apollo Shark experience?

Looking for some owner/experience info and tips, I read everything that care sheets say, but I'd really like some experience-driven tips, tricks, do's, do-nots. I keep hearing there's several different species sold as Apollo Sharks, and that one is very aggressive, while the others are not. How are these fish at feeding? Are they nippy? Thanks!

I know these fish are decently common in the hobby, there's just not a lot of info on them.
