Aquasky or Planted?

I'm setting up a 20l planted tank soon. It'll be a low light setup, with Anubias, Java Moss, and easy to care for low light plants that can't be uprooted. Which light would be better for that setup?

I use aquasky just fine for low demand plants. If you want to spend more the planted fixture is obviously better.
