Are these good for a 40 gal.?

I have a 40 gallon I am set on getting, and have the whole thing planned. I will put my current 6 black neons in, and plan on adding, in this order: 5 dwarf loaches, between 4-6 glass catfish, 6 marbled hatchets, and possibly 7 silvertip tetras. They are all peaceful, and AqAdvisor said that with all of that it is not even at 70 percent capacity. Does that sound about right???

That doesn't seem right. You tank will get over crowded when they grow, I reccomed cutting that list in have, even though they are peaceful, they still like their own space.

Well it was for full grown. I think I will take out the silvertips.
