Assassin Snail eggs

My female assassin snail has attached quite a few of her eggs on one of the decorations,I have noticed these square pockets attached to decorations with a little egg in it. Like this....

I have read the eggs eventually drop but I am worried when I vacuum the substrate during the cleaning of the tank, I might suck up all those eggs that are trying to hatch.

Any advice/tips would be much appreciated.

I vacuum my tank all the time, and I have tons of assassin babies. Have you ever tried to rub those eggs off? Nearly impossible.
