Hey all, I am planning on adding my first SPS, LPS, or Anemone to my former FOWLR. What would be a good starting specimen, I thought about a BTA or possibly frogspawn. any thoughts or suggestions.

I'm not familiar with your tank, and your My Tanks Info doesn't have much info.

What's your lighting like on your tank? How much flow do you have? These things will affect what type of corals you can keep.

Lighting I have T5ho 4x54 2 actinic and 2 12000k
flow I have 2 200 gph PH's and my sump return pushes another 450 gph
I will update my tank info

Frogspawn or a bubble coral would be a good starter.

Great cause I found a white frogspawn at LFS today that I liked, told him I would wait though. Just checked my parameters and I think Im good. Maybe monday it will be mine. TY
