Betta help

So my little bro wants to get a Betta fish and I'm all for it. We have a small small bowl tank thing and the only thing is how do you take care of them? Should he get a five gallon or something?

A single betta would be ok in a 1.5 gallon tank but obviously he'd be happier in a 5 gallon tank

Yeah but how would you keep the small one clean without a filter

You could get a small sponge filter for the beta. I dont know what smaller sizer the stores have, but i agree the beta would be happier in the 5 gallon

I know that tetra makes a filter called a 3i, for tanks up to 3 gallons.

But if this is your first tank, fishkeeping is not as simple as fish and water. Have you heard of cycling a tank?

The tetra 1.5 LED desktop kit comes with a filter and looks nice
