im showing signs of a cycle I have brown spots popping up on the glass and sand is my diagnosis correct?

Yeah your tank is cycling, they are brown diatoms.. All normal and will eventually fade away. Been there done that.

I still got some brown spots on my front glass i gotta ruboff near the sand bed.

yea they will burn off after a while
