Hi everyone! I currently have a 28gal that is recovering from really bad water conditions. I've pretty much redone the whole tank and am 2 weeks into the process of cycling it with my 3 remaining fish in the tank. (For the past three days I've been performing daily pwc of about 50%) For a while now (at least 2 months) my blue gourami Rami has looked bloated. He's swimming and eating fine and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with him other than the fact that he looks... fat. His scales are not sticking out. The other 2 fish (neons) are fine.

Water parameters from earlier today were:
pH: 7.2
NO2: 1ppm
NO3: 30ppm
Ammonia: 0-0.25ppm

Here are some pics: (I tried to get one from the front but Rami's really shy and he kept running from me:lol:)

I would fast the fish for 3-4 days to see if the bloated stomach goes decreases. If he's eating and no there's no signs of stringy white poop then disease or Bloat really isn't a issue so just cut back on feeding and keep the water conditions clean.
