Blue Tang

A friend of mine has a blue tang and said that it has started getting a black spot behind it's fin. Any thoughts? I asked him to get me a pic of it. It's in a 75 gal tank with 3 clown fish and live rock. He got his water tested at the lfs a week ago and everything was fine. HELP!

Could be black ich or the start of HLLE (or neither). Do some research on each and see what fits

My guess would be HLLE. I`ve seen black ich and it`s pretty small. A picture would be nice.
