Boiling drift wood

How the heck can I boil drift wood that is faaaaar to big for your average pot. I have a piece that is roughly 1 foot tall and 3 feet wide, how can I boil it??

well what i would do put it in the bathtub and lay it down and add hot water to it so it soaks for a minute while you boil water then let some of the water drain and add boiling water and repet the process a few times 4-5 well thats just what i would do

If you have a dishwasher, just stick it in there without any soap.
