Whats the best way to remove this stuff? I can only see it on one live rock.

Emerald crabs or use tweezers to pluck it off without popping it.

Thanks.ill give it a try. I thought maybe I could take out the rock and keep it in the dark for awile

when you do your water change put the siphon hose right over the bubble algae and scrape it off then. This way, if you pop any of them, the spores won't go all over the tank.
