I now have 6 red eye tetras in my QT and i want to add 6 rummy nose before they run out at my LFS. Is it gonna be over stocked? (Next week im moving the red eyes to my display tank)
Can i add tetras to my 10 gal tank?

It should be ok for a qt scenario, keep in mind by adding the new stock you are/should reset the qt period..

What do u mean by reseting the QT perdiod?

If you think about the concept of qt, keep fish issolated for observation/treatment.. By adding group b (new tetras) to group a ( existing qt fish) than you are introducing new disease they may or may not have thereby negating the time group a has spent in qt.. Make sense??

Yaya, so if i would add the rummy nose i would have to "restart" the time of the red eye, right?
