Can you use tuna to cycle?

My LR will be here on Wed & I was wondering if it would be ok if I got a jump on getting my bacteria going while we're gone over the weekend. Can you use a pinch of packaged tuna? (that's all the seafood I have in the house at the moment & no point going to the store for 1 piece of shrimp)

The tank is bare except for SW, I will be cycling with my LR.

I wouldn't, I would wait until you go to the GS and then get some shrimp...Tuna is processed and is not raw..No real benefit IMO
