Cleaning Aquariums

I'm just out looking for ideas on how everyone cleans their aquariums.

For example...I do 10-20% weekly water changes with gravel cleaning at the same time.
Once a month I usually clean the filters. I have 2 on each of my tanks so therefore I alternate cleaning these filters as to not disturbe the bacteria.

Is this ok or should I be doing something different?
I have a 30gal w/UGF & also a 120gal(no UGF)

That's all that I do as well, sounds fine to me.

We do 10 - 20 % once a week aswell, Except in one tank holding 3 plecos and 3 ancistorus I do 5% a day to get the waste and 10 - 20 per week.
Lots of waste Plec produce.

Sounds good, no need to change.

Sounds ok. You might have to adapt in future though, depends how much your fish grow, if you change your stock etc.
