I have one like this and was told it was a "hairy green finger leather". I believe there's a pic of mine in my gallery--I'll check it now and upload it if I can.

I would say devil's hand is a fair guess. Leathers are one of those corals where it's almost impossible to get a positive id beyond the genus without examining the sclerites. It's a Lobophytum sp leather.
