Hey guys i have 7 adult RCS and around 25-35 babies (very small) and i was wondering if RCS and babies are okay with cory catfish or bettas? Thank you!

I don't keep betta's but I do keep cories with my RCS. The cories ignore the shrimp especially as I have plenty of plant cover. As a rule of thumb I would say any fish with a mouth bigger than the shrimp will eat it - if they can catch it. My tetras do eat plenty of the baby RCS but many more survive. My colony of RCS seem to be very robust. Could be that the fittest and fastest survive. Natural selection.

Bettas will eat shrimp and terrorize them in my experience. I have heard of people keeping them together peacefully though.

Would Cories be ok in a 6.5 gallon tank?

No. Too small
10g is the smallest I'd recommend and then only for the 3 pygmy species, for "normal" dwarf Cories, they hit 2-3" each and I think need more floor space, 20Longs are the smallest I recommend for them.
