Well the last 24 hours have certainly been eventfull in my 3ft tank.
I currently have 6 Peppered Corydoras in there, of which three are BIG females (luckily I moved out the other fish only ours before.)
Going in the room yesterday I came upon alot of activity, being shy fish they stopped when I entered so I took a seat and waited to see what was going on.
They must of thought I had gone after 10 minutes and resumed thier agenda.
I discovered that the four males were mating with two of the females, it was a lovely sight to behold watching the girls polish the glass and deposit the eggs, if not quite disturbing watching fish have an *beep*
The eggs are now covering the tank, I would bet on at least 100 being in there.
I have bred Corys before but only one male and feamle were in the tank as this breeding wasnt intentional, there is too many fish to be sure of any fry surviving.
What a nice Easter treat.
