hey guys im new to this whole thing and i will for sure being having many questions. however i have done some research and i am in the process of cycling my tank. i have a 55 gallon with a tetra ts 3060 filter. my first question is about my ph, which is at 7.6 and has been for about 4 days now, is this something i need to worry about cause ive read that you should be at around a neutral 7. my next question is how often should i be adding the prime water conditioner that i bought?

thanks and all opinions will be greatly appreciated

Your pH is fine. Stability is more important than being at any specific value.

Add Prime when you do a PWC.

those i do every week, and what is an ideal percentage on the PWC

fish in cycle, i have some feeder goldfish, as i have been reading it isnt the best process but i had a friend who has had many tanks over the years say this is how he has always done it

Ya only problem is your then stuck with the fish afterwards. FishI cycles you should be testing daily and doing daily 50% water changes.

so daily water changes?, and the fish will be going into my nephews goldfish tank
