Decorating ideas?

I have a 30g tank. It's been empty since I upgraded. I just recently filled it back up with water. (3 weeks ago). Just yesterday I put sand in it. I am going to use this tank as a quarantine tank/ breeding tank. How should I decorate it? This isn't my main show tank so I don't want to spend a ton. it's still a little cloudy from the sand.

If it's a breeding tank then I would recommend java moss as well as lots of other hiding places. The java moss is cheap and if your really tight on money you can just break some plant pots up rinse them out and put them in the tank. If not then just look for some live or fake plants that will look like decent hiding places.
