Do my fish have TB?!?!? (With Pictures)

A few weeks back I had issues with my GloFish and danios being very lethargic and not eating, but I thought I fixed the issue.

Now it seems that I have new problems with them. Some of them are starting to bend at the spine. They seem to show interest in eating, but don't actually get any food in their mouths. Do you think the fish might have TB, and if so, what do you guys recommend?

I have a fish disease place I can get one of them testing at soon. Is it worth sacrificing one of the danios with a bent spine to see if it is indeed TB?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Included are some pictures...

Edit (To tell people it has pictures...)

It's Impossible to know if they have tb for sure unless you where take them to a lab and have tests done. A lot of things can cause bent spines. The most common are deficiencies and bacterial infections including tb. It could also be a virus.
