...its attached to foam and it kind of looks like white clams with hairy red long things coming in and out of it......

I looked up barnacles online and it resembles a goose barnacle....thank you for ur help!!!!!

Sure thing, they are very colorful, unfortunately, I don't know a thing about them! LOL!
