Double Filtering?

Hi guys,

Following a post yesterday I've found out that my mollies are thought in some circles to be a little waste heavy for my 12 gallon tank. What is everyone's thoughts on adding a 2nd filter to help cope with the bioload?

If this would work, would it cycle easily with the help of the established filter?

If your signature is correct, that's a pretty stuffed tank. Unless they're balloon mollies, I'd rehome them. They like to swim and 12g is too small for them to move much. As far as the bioload goes, a second filter would help.
