Easycarbo/excel/glut and UV

Would a UV steriliser break down glut? If so I'm wondering if you could run other liquid carbon with it. I heard sunlight breaks down glut.

Thanks dela that's a great help. Got some excel on the way but I run a UV steriliser for good measure.
