Ok, 2 questions....
--Can peter's elephantnoses and four-eyed anableps go in the same tank?

--Can the fish in my community tank(see signature below-minus the betta) go with the above two(if they're compatable) into a 55 gallon tank?

I don't know anything about elephant noses but, have recently done some research on anableps. They are brackish water fish. They also get 12 inches and like to be in groups so I don't think they will do in a 55 gal. Because of the brackish needs, I don't think they will be compatible with anything you have. They will eat small fish. They are live bearers and the reason they are called foureyed fish is due to them having two lenses. One for out of water, and one for under water. Pretty cool fish.

I think fish that use electrical navigation do best in a solitary aquarium. I have a black ghost knifefish with a bristlenose pleco and has been doing great. I have kept elephant noses in the past and they haven't done as well probably because they were kept with other community fish.
