thats y i can understand y this fish is sick? temp is also 79

for about a day? doesnt it take at LEAST 1ppm?

Any amount of ammonia is bad; theres no specific number for deteriorating health. Although in higher concentrations, the time for ammonia to cause issues would be less.
For sensitive fish any ammonia could cause issues.
