I could be wrong, but it looks like anarchis, hornwort and ruffle.

The red plant, no clue, maybe some sort of Ludwigia

The reddish plant looks like Alternanthera reineckii grown under relatively low light. With higher light and co2, it can be more red.

Will my wood sink in time just put it in the tank now

Depends on the type of wood. Malaysian, Mopani, and manzanita DW usually sink pretty quickly. Other types may take days, weeks, or months. Boiling the DW often helps with reducing buoyancy and tannins.

It depends on which types of plants you get. Swords are heavy root feeders so root tabs would be good for them. But I put root tabs in all my tanks. I have some crypts and they seem to do well with root tabs.

I think the best root tabs are Seachem Flourish tabs. I haven't found them in any store around me so I order them from: drsfostersmith.com

I don't think you can go wrong with any Seachem product.
