My angelfish has what looks like a tumor growing out the side of its body. I don't think it he had it when I first got him, but as he grew bigger I noticed it. Recently he/she as though it has lost its equilibrium. As in it doesn't swim in a straight line on an X/Y graph and it is continulously hugging the walls of the tank. I don't think its a fungus and it doesn't look like most of the diseases I have heard of.

Any help is appreciated

The white is the tumor-esque thing.
