Glashfish disease?

I have a glassfish that has a few white spots on its fins. It is hard to know if the spots would be white if the fish were not clear. I have isolated the fish. Should I treat it? I am thinking ich, but I am not sure. The fish was fairly new to the tank I removed it from. Thanks.

Do the spots sorta look like salt? If so, its likely ich. I'm not hugely familiar with glassfish, so I'm not sure if the heat treatment would be appropriate, but do read the ich article I wrote in the Articles section for treatment ideas.
