I find it so interesting that you all took such great photos of your goldfish! I've been trying to get pics of my Shubunkin and Comets, but they just swim by so fast that the picture is just a blur! :fish2: But, nonetheless, I will keep trying! Great pics everyone!(y)

Jitterbugz, for every good photo I get of them, I delete dozens.

And if I'm trying to get a photo of a single plant or just a section of the tank, they are guaranteed to come cruising through right when I click, so I have these neato blurs running through the frame...

These are my three. The Black Moor is Ackbar, the Orange one is Otto (named after Syracuse's mascot), and the Orange and White one is Marty.

Here is a picture of my 1st established 75 gallon tank. With orandas, and ryukins. The one with the custom stand( my husband made) is the new 75 gallon that's currently cycling! I have a baby ranchu who will be "moving in" once the tank is ready!

Heres a few more pics! Please ignore the horrible quality of them as I found them on an old camera. My laptop crashed last April and I am hoping we have some extra tax money this year to try and see if 10yrs worth of pics can be salvaged. What I always find fascinating is the crazy changes goldfish undergo as they mature! More in a sec- cant find where I put them!

That didn't work- let's see if this does! The broadtail (veil tail) moor is my problem child. There's a few pics of my crazy moor nymph as his color changed. And the tricolored ryukin baby is the same ryukin as the large one- now she's all grown up!

Vdubbchic your fish are wonderful!

Jess your babies are awesome! I love the gold belly on the black moor. How big is your veiltail now?

So many beautiful goldies.

Thanks Fishguy17 for posting this thread. All these fish are just gorgeous.

Love all the pics everyone!!! Keep them coming! :)

Fishguy, figured you would appreciate the broadtail moor as she is a very special fish! She is the only moor I have ever kept that has stayed truly black as well. Sharp, shes no where near the size of my monster moor but shes never been a big eater (unlike the rest of my piggies, lol)- she is without a doubt my problem child. The orange bellied moor is a baby pic of my monster moor nymph (posted in 1st set of pics) and some of his color changes.

You are very welcome and I am glad to see that other people share the same interest in goldfish as I do.

You are correct I do love the moor the are with out a shadow of a doubt that they are my favorite of all goldfish. And my moor is my best eater as well. And is also the troubled one as well. When I first got him his fins were ripped to peaces and his dorsal fin way barley there. But he managed healed and is one of the favorites in the tank.

Is there anyone else who would like to show off their goldfish.

Awesome Goldies everyone! By far one of my favorite fish but currently don't own any due to my tank sizes.
I'm surprised Mumma.of.two hasn't posted hers here yet, she has beautiful Goldies.
jlk, your fish are wonderful :)
I always knew you owned some but its finally good to see pictures of them.

Here is a quick little video of Flash and Bruiser: (don't mind the sound of my Husband getting our dog to perform tricks in the background! lol)

Okay, Shanny, so which is which? I am in love with the color of the white, or almost silver looking ryukin!

Was that the color when you bought him, or did it develop over time?
