For a salt bath, I'd seperate her from the others. Keep in mind though, that if it's dropsy, the salt bath only temporarily clears up the symptom. Dropsy comes about as a result of an underlying condition (ie internal organ failure), and once diagnosed, the prognosis is usually poor.

However, you haven't noticed any lethargy or scales sticking out (pine cone effect), so you might be lucky and it could be something else more treatable. Could it be tapeworms???

There are medicated foods out there. I haven't seen them around these parts and don't know much else about them but if it is an internal problem meds in the water don't tend to do that much.
