I found one outside and almost took it in to the tank. Of course, I never do anything without clearing it the with board first. I pictured the barbs spitting legs out. Any comments?
I would imagine a barb would have a difficult time with such a hard shelled creature as a grasshopper. That is, if it recognized it as food in the first place.
Yeah, I agree with brian. They may have troubles eacctually eating the hopper, plus you never know what that insect may have gotten into outside and I doubt you want to make your fishies sick
